Not absolutely perfect? Let us fix things

We set the standard when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. For peace of mind we offer a free return service, so if you are not 100% happy with any of our products we can replace or refund your item.

We offer two different return methods, please read below to ensure you use the correct one and ensure you read the important information before you return.

Let us handle it

If you have received the wrong item, your item is faulty or the item/s you wish to return are over 10kg in weight and/or over 60x50x50cm in size, let us handle it and arrange a collection.

Contact us by phone or email with your Safetec delivery note number, post code and order number.
We'll send you a return note (which you'll need to add to your parcel) and confirm collection date
Return your items in their original packaging and with any tags attached so they are in a resellable condition
Leave with us! We'll provide a refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items

If you are returning your item for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items. We use DHL free service for returns,

DHL self return is so easy - You can drop your returns at any of the thousands of local stores, open early to late. The shopkeeper will scan the label you produce and give you a receipt with unique reference code. Please remember DHL self return can only accept parcels under 12kgin weight and maximum dimensions of 60x60x60cm.

Important information before you return

Please return the item/s in protective outer packaging so no damage can take place during transit. Also ensure the returns have the original packaging and any tags attached (Do not stick returns labels on product packaging). We can’t accept items that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason we ask you to take your time when designing and signing off your artwork for custom clothing. Please ensure you follow these requirements as we can’t issue credits if these guidelines are broken.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us if you have a faulty item to explain the issue before returning.
